Real Estate is in my genes; most of my life has been spent in or around it. I worked at Hallmark Realtors, Inc in Timonium, MD, the family real estate brokerage company in Baltimore. I spent 20 of those years managing our other business, Hallmark Title Company. I understand the whole process of buying or selling a home, the contracts, what’s needed, what you have to go through, and how to get to the closing table. I have been licensed in Maryland for 37 years and licensed in Delaware for 13 years. I moved to Delaware 15 years ago and love the area. It has grown leaps and bounds with new home communities.

For the past 14 years, I have had this great opportunity to use my real estate knowledge in Ocean City, MD and the Delaware beaches helping many clients buy or sell their beach properties. This is a great area all year long, not just in the summer. I will also make sure you have all the latest information you need to buy or sell. As a client, you are the one to make the decisions, and I will implement them to get you the best price. If issues arise on any transaction, I will be there to help negotiate and work through them till all is agreed. I fully represent my buyers or my sellers and communicate with them on a regular basis.
