Lorraine Giangreco is a lifelong resident of the greater suburban Philadelphia area. She attended Immaculata University and received a BS in Health Care Management. Lorraine had a 16 year career as a project manager performing large loss adjustments for residential and commercial insurance claims in the Delaware Valley area. Lorraine received an opportunity to transition into residential construction where she was directly responsible for land procurement, construction financing, building management and customer follow-up. Lorraine brings a wealth of experience in all aspects of real estate and enjoys working with the seasoned investor and the first time home buyer alike.
