I recently had the pleasure of working with Ariana Davis of Keller Williams to sell the home of my partner in Northeast Philadelphia, who recently passed away from cancer. I selected Ariana because someone who I knew highly recommended her because she sold his home in the same area.
The entire process was seamless from beginning to end. The buyer had a list of things she wanted done to the house but Ariana was able to negotiate with her and her realtor to repair things in the home within reason and only what was necessary. Ariana has great negotiating skills. Within 5 weeks we were at settlement and sold the house at a great price!
I can honestly say that Ariana was always available and communicated how each part of the whole process would develop. So what would have been to me an otherwise stressful and grueling task she made a manageable and achievable reality! She cared about me as a person and a client so she could meets my needs and wants so I could sell my home.
